HOW TO THROW A PENALTY START  Take the ball.  Put the ball in the penalty point.  Take a few steps back.  Think where do you want to throw the ball to make goal.  Run towards the ball.  Hit the ball to the side you had thought.  Celebrate the goal or go to the rejection. STOP
